Shipping Policy

Order Processing All orders are shipped directly from our location in Zurich, Switzerland. Since we print-on-demand to reduce waste and avoid stock, please allow 3-5 days for us to prepare and pack your order before it is dispatched.

Delivery Times & Costs Exact shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order.

• Domestic (Switzerland):

  • Standard (3–5 Business Days): from CHF 5.00

  • Express (1–2 Business Days): from CHF 8.00

• Europe: 

  • Standard (6–9 Business Days)*: from CHF 8.00

• International:

  • Standard (8–12 Business Days)*: from CHF 10.00

*Please note that international delivery times are estimates. Packages may occasionally be delayed by local customs processing, which is out of our control.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Please note that since we ship from Switzerland (outside the EU), European and International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and local carrier handling fees levied by the destination country. The buyer is responsible for paying any additional customs costs. Please check with your local customs office for more details.

Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a Swiss Post tracking number (where applicable) to follow your package.

Refused or Unclaimed Packages.

If a package is returned to us because the buyer refused to pay customs fees or taxes, or if it was left unclaimed at the local post office, we will refund the cost of the items, minus the original shipping cost and any return shipping fees charged to us by the postal service.
